These are some pictures of people I get to hang out with in my job. I am very lucky. I particularly like these pictures because they show so many of my favorite people, and I'm not the one doing the messy job! Well, here I am... getting older, but evidentally not wiser. My new computer is nice, but it has thrown me out of my cyber routines. That is not necessarily a bad thing, but it's put a kink in my way of operating. I'll have to learn some of the new ways to handle my emails and my blog and my pictures. I wonder if a day is just around the corner where these new ways will be unavailable to me, unlearnable. Maybe Dave will have to invert me, the way he did the old computer, to see if blood to the brain makes it work better. =0)

Pretty flowers...such a pretty world! They came to us from Martha. Dave was very pleased; since he didn't think to send flowers, he was glad that Martha saved the day! Photographing them doesn't entirely capture how marvelous they are. Thanks, Mar, for lotsa joy.

Hi and Happy Love and Hugs Day! I hope you're all too busy sharing the love today to read this post. Dave and I had a romantic day of skiing and a sandwich dinner in Waitsburg on the way home. We really know how to go all out! And there's a note on our door that said that someone tried to deliver flowers! I don't know who, but this means that tomorrow is going to be a special day, too! xoxoxoxxo --- now is the time for hearts and flowers.

Just some random ramblings of the CA trip.... I took a walk one morning and snapped a pic of a pretty tree. When I went for a closer look, I saw that is was a poinsettia gone HUGE. How fun! Other fun happened at the party. If the pictures don't look entirely fun it's because we were briefly in waiting mode, waiting for the entertainment to begin. I should say the "staged entertainment" as the party crowd was pretty entertaining throughout.

While I was gone to CA, Dave got down to the very bottom of his to-do list. He opened up the computer and cleaned it, pressure blasted it, I think. Anyway, it stopped working the day I got home. But he's fixed it. I don't know if you can see, but he worked on it and worked on it and finally took off the side panel and turned it upside down and VOILA! Another Dave triumph!
