I'm not getting up to date on this blog very fast... ah, it's nice to be relaxed. And, you might have noticed that I don't seem to post any more to my other blog. Maybe I'll stick to just one. Let's see now... here are a few pictures from our time in Michigan. Go Blue!

I decided to include just a couple wildlife photos.... there are some out there who think are skeptical about moose spotting... I know the feeling; I have looked way more than I have spotted. ...and the other picture is just pretty; we saw LOTS of waterfowl.

I have tooooo many beautiful pictures of our paddle trip in Algonquin Park! Even if I leave out the flora and fauna, I can't give you the whole "picture." Suffice to say it was a wonderful trip... gorgeous weather, scenery, fall color... too much food, only one dunking (possibly Dave's fault?), fun portages, no drownings! Niagara Falls was a fun, pretty, awesome, wet spot to stop on our travels from Wooster to Ontario. It was actually a bit of a sobering, scary spot to visit on our way to a canoeing trip! Definitely wouldn't have wanted to be there in a canoe!! There was so much water/spray that we could only see the falls in glimpses. Very fun, I thought.

Family Weekend in Wooster... the day was too hot to be a typical fall football day, too hot for wool, i think!! but Wooster won, the band was fabulous and the company was terrific! (but, what? no picture of fram? and esbee?) Oh, well, meeting the Streckers was, of course, the high point. Very nice folks!

Gees, I hardly remember how to do this... it's been a while. I'll post a few more pix every once in a while to get caught up. These are pictures of Mar's work places.... This is her freezer (IS is chillin') and her desk in Taylor... then there's me perusing some of the light reading in her carrel in Timken. The last is where she lives... that's her and Ben in the window!
