I don't know why I think Jake's is a photo op. Nice walk down the canyon, shady but hot. Don't you think Gene fails to fit in with the diner crowd? Actually Jake's attracts a range of characters, but tattoos and crewcuts do prevail with the older regulars.

Well, Gene does look a little more hairy than the other customers. If you hadn't told me it was hot I would think the walk in the canyon was cool and shady. I'd like to go to Jake's for breakfast myself!

i am inviting all the peeps in the blogging group to a BLOCKPARTY! it's @ richland baptist church (across from safeway and biglot's) tonight from 5:30-8:30!!! IT'S GONNA BE SOOO MUCH FUN!!! there's gonna be free food and games and a dunk booth (which my dad will be in for a short time) and some drawings (for a bicyle and even a couple of tv's and more) IT'S GONNA BE A BLAST!!! HOPE YOU CAN COME!
