I really do need to update... but life is a tad busy for me. I want to work outside and play outside and just sit with the cat outside... but today I kept waiting for it to get a little nicer out and instead it kept getting a little worse out until full scale rain/cold/dark. So... tomorrow we get another chance at the great out of doors. Maybe I'll take my computer outside and do my end-of-the-month work. Most likely though, I'll be right here in this chair. Could be worseeeee, no complainingggggggggggg. =0)

We did some

getting together this week. Mom

turned 88 on

Tuesday (that's why I put on the foggy lens filter for her; makes her look much more youthful, don't you think? Adam and Amanda have March birthdays, too. (And Janae, who I would mention except that I can't be sure how to spell her name and I didn't get a good pic of her. hehe) M, K, L & D were also around, but eluded my camera, so.... maybe on M's blog, eh?

It's a sunny day and I'm about to take a bike ride. I wanted to add a quick post though, so that I can be righteously indignant about all the lackluster blogging of my friends. My family comes through pretty regularly... thanks guys.

Here we have a snapshot of some springy impasto trees. Sorry for the cluttered background... I know there's a way to get rid of that, but I need some tech support to be a better photo editor (matt? doug?) The other picture is a recent portrait of the Andersen girls who I frequently write about. They're more fun than a barrel of monkeys! Today is Danielle's birthday... so I think I'll take my ride past her house and see if I can give her some birthday greetings. Better get going!

Hello... These birds are trying to escape paradise! I like to post pictures, and I don't have anything very current; these are from SOS's front yard. Pretty! Lynn and Julie said they'd send me photos of our last get-together, but so far haven't. If you're reading this, L/J, consider yourselves nudged. Lots of work lately and more than usual to come... trying to add a couple of classes to my schedule. I wish I wasn't so slow in the conceiving and planning department. oh, well.

Ha. Look what I did on Sunday... cleaned closets. Some of you will know what inspired this. It is an embarassingly huge pile of clothes that are going to goodwill or to Elise's garage sale.... and there's more where that came from. wow!
